take out the cruise control button?
how do u take out the cruise control button?? i got a 99 civic
it doesnt light up and i nit pick at small things if my car isnt perfect

There should be 2 screws on the side of and then it will come right off. You do mean the ones on the steering wheel? If you mean the one on the dash board you have to take the bottom knee panel (that plastic piece below the steering wheel and then push it out from behind. Only reason I know that is because I just did it today. You can replace that bulb, just go to honda. Shouldn't be more that $5. But that's honda for you.

yea.. i have to take it out to replace the bulb.. that was my idea all along
i dunno how u thought just taking it out would make me feel at ease

Just Millenium Falcon the dash. A hit or two is usually sufficient in bringing the button light back on. It works for my HVAC lights and foglight button light.
