Takata harness installation
Hi guys. My Name is Michaël. I'm from Belgium and I drive a Honda civic hatchback from 1998. I got the following problem:
I have the dc5 seats installed in my civic. I want to buy a takata harness, but I think the installation could be a problem. The space between the bolt of the seatbelt and the midconsole is very narrow and I think that the eyebolts of takata would not fit because it's larger than the original one. I've seen a couple people here with the same setup as me and with a takata harness. Did they have the same problem? Can anybody help me? Hope you guys understand me a little bit.
Thanks

Re: Takata harness installation (john666)
I know how to install it. I'm just asking if someone has the same clearence problem as me with that specific bold. I don't think I will be able to fit the eyebolt (wich is larger than the original bolt). If somebody here would like to post a pic of that specific spot of a '98 civic hathback with takata harness, i would much appreciate it.
