Default Takata harness with harness bar...whats the proper way to do it?

Helping my buddy out with installing his takatas and his harness bar this week. He's has Recaro SRD, Sparco harness bar and Takata harness (short version). We have the harness bar installed already but now were not sure whats the "proper" way to install the harnesses. I tried seraching online and couldnt find clear instructions on how to install the takatas with a harness bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Harness bar, install it within a/any dumpster.
Or make a lamp out of it.
