Exactly like a normal 96-98 bumper, but with some bumper guards that are black and resemble the moldings around the doors.

And since they are "JDM y0!" you get to pay about a $1000 for them.
My suggestion is keep it stock and get the OEM front lip.

Seen both and would have to say the 99-00 front end looks way cleaner, there is just something about those wrap around moldings that I hate.

I'd have to vote for the 99-00 front end as well. I painted my mouldings because I hate they way they look. I'm damn sure not adding any extra ones intentionally.

I'd be interested in seeing what a Midori Green CX looks like with the '99-00 front, since Honda didn't have Midori Green available on any '99-00 Civics.
However, I am a big fan of the '96-98 "SiR" bumpers with the extra moulding. While I despise unpainted side skirts and door handles, I do like unpainted mirrors and mouldings on most cars - especially when the moulding wraps the entire way around the car (like '88-91 Civic/CRX or E36 BMW). I've seen a handful of Midori Green CXes with SiR bumpers and they look great Not to mention you only need the bumpers - and not the fenders, headlights and hood
