I posted a while back about not being able to get it running. I fixed that (main relay). Now what are some cheap HP upgrades?

- Header, magnaflow hi-flow cat, exhaust might be between 5-15hp.

- Stage 1 or 2 camshaft regrind.

- P&P if you got the skills. To me, P&P head and intake manifold only costs my time and a few gaskets.

What engine is that again, D16y5? How much money you got?

Cheap? Well for starters, get as many stickers as you can for parts that you don't own. That will add probably 20-25HP.
Take a flat head screwdriver, and poke a bunch of holes in your muffler. This will help it breath. I'd say an easy 12-14HP.
Pop the hood, and locate your air filter box. Open it up. See that filter that's in there? Throw it away. All it does is block the air from coming in faster. Now you have Ram-Air.
That is and easy 50HP.

I think that should give you a good start. You'll have to read a little bit more for some of the complicated stuff.

Save your money for a turbo ort an engine swap, your D series is useless to do anything other than turbo.

Well this Honda thing is different if you have only owned a Jeep. I am quite mechanically inclined but All these cpu upgrades and stuff these guys on here talk about, some of it is a little over my head.
