I had 24mmfr and 22mmrr on my VX. It was a little too much understeer. I would go with 21-22fr and 22rr.

ive seen guys use a teg gsr one up front(the front gsr one that is lol) and a larger aftermarket one out back so that understeer is at a minimum

What are you gong to do with the car? Is it a daily driver are you going to race the car there are a lot of things that go into picking a sway bar. If you are dd with little to no track time I would go with the oem front sway bar from a 94-01teg or 92-95 civic si/ex. You should be able to pick one up cheep at a salvage yard. I would go with the rear sway bar off the 94-01 teg you will have better luck finding one. I think the only civic that of that erea that came stock with rear sway was the 4dr lx and 4dr ex. since your car is the vx you will need the lower control arms front and rear of a doner car that came with swaybars. Other wise you are better off just getting an after market system that can be mounted to your lower control arms. I think all said and done I picked up a comp rear sway bar with lower control arms all the bracket and mounting hardware and the integra front sway bar for under $50 at a local pick and pull. If you go to big on these things it can really mess up the handling of the car. I am running stock sway front and rear and with proper tire presure at the track the tail of the car is just loose enough to get the car to pivot really nice around the cones.

Edit one last thing a larger rear swaybar will cause the car to oversteer not understeer. Oversteer will cause the rear of the car to be loose and want to slide past the front in simply terms. To much oversteer in the hands of an unskilled drive means when you loose control of the car you leave the road spining and backwards. Where with understeer the car will push and go straight off the road.

correct the si did not come with a rear swaybar from the dealer. It is avail for it but you are going to pay an arm and a leg for it. It is just better to find one at a salvage yard.
