Default sway bar reinforcement plates

I have a 99 Sir and I want to do a 22mm ITR rear sway bar upgrade.

http://www.clubsi.com/itr_sway.shtml

This website recomends using a mugen bushing and reinforcement plate. Where can I order this stuff? Could I make a reinforcement plate? what does it look like?

what is recommanded is an a-spec racing reinforcement plate or comp-tech reinforcement plate.

A-spec-racing - $340.00

Comptech - $399.00
