I have a Skunk2 sway bar. I like it, but one problem that I have and two of my other friends have is that the chasis broke. I have to weld back together. The area where the brackets are held broke clean right off.

Re: sway bar questions (ApexiSi)
I got a BSQ swaybar kit and all the parts factory direct from Acura for the Type R 22mm swaybar. Ill update you on how I like it once I get it in.

Re: sway bar questions (White Lightnin)
It's recommended that you get a swaybar if you have aftermarket shocks/struts/coilovers and also getting a beaks kit. If you have stock struts or springs, they could be too soft and give way, tearing your undercarriege like you stated.

You can always go the cheap and easy route by getting the 13mm rear bar from a civic si. It bolts right on without any reinforcement kits needed. Got mine for $50 from a salvage yard. I've seen them go cheaper than that on ebay.
