sway bar
i have 95 del sol si which come with front sway bar and looking for a rear one. What kind rear sway bar do you guys have?
and other than endlink and bushing, what additional part do i need to install? remember del sol si doesn't come with stock rear sway bar.
one other question, what does beaks do? do i need them?

Re: sway bar (bearboy80)
There are lots of good posts that will answer all your questions. Search with ITR sway, Beaks, BSQ, etc. You will find gobs of info.
I'm running an USDM ITR rear sway, had to switch to different lca's, bought the Beaks kit, and ordered all the related sway bar/end links/hardware
I would seriously use a Beaks or BSQ kit if you plan on going the oem sway bar route.

Re: sway bar (bearboy80)
I had a Suspension Techniques rear sway bar on my EK, but the same bar will also fit 92-95 Civics and Del Sols also. I liked the bar and it is a fairly simple install, drill four holes and bolt the rest up. It stiffened up the rear nicely and the difference was noticeable (this was on a 00 Civic, so an older car with more chassis flex might benefit even more).
My only complaint on the bar is that it was pretty rusted after about 2 1/2 years of use (bolts and washers were pretty bad as well). I guess the original paint is pretty thin and not very durable, I stripped and repainted it myself, so I will see if that works better.
The bar is about 19mm in diameter, and I did not use a beaks kit for it. I think the general consensus is that anything 19mm or smaller does not really need the extra reinforcement. I certainly had no problems with the bar/subframe.
Hope that helps.
