Default Swapping out a manual steering rack and adding a power rack

I am looking to add power steering to my '95 CX (because I like it). If I were to install a GSR rack, would I need to swap out the whole subframe? I feel like I've read that you need to swap the subframe, but I can't find the thread (it was from a long time ago, and I did search). I've also see that you can just elongate some holes and make it work. Can anyone confirm?
