Default Swapping OBD1 B16 into Del Sol SI

Alright, I might be getting a Samba Green Del Sol tomarrow. The motor is in good condition, but I want to swap it with a b16 with less milage.

The car is a '94 Del Sol, so its obdI. Its an SI so its wired for vtec also. so would putting an obd1 b16 in this be basicly plug and play?

Yes, it's pretty much plug and play, except you'll need to wire up the knock sensor.

It's VTEC, but without a knock sensor, since the Si had a SOHC VTEC motor (A D16 to be specific, which does't use a knock sensor). Your B16 motor needs one, so you'll have to wire it up yourself. The rest of the VTEC system (VTEC solenoid and oil pressure switch) is already there.

You can get all the mounts from an Integra. You'll need a Del Sol VTEC (B16A3) shift linkage.
