Default Swapping JDM D15b in soon....

So i'm swapping a JDm D15b into my eg hatch here soon. well i was told it'd be a good idea but is it a must to buy new spark plugs, ignition wires dizzy cap ect? im planning to buy a new water pump, timing belt and all the oil and coolant and such but it looks as though the motor came with all the plugs and ignition wires so should i replace?

the wires you can check with an ohm meter, but i would replace the plugs, cap and rotor.
