Swapped engine in a Civic 98'...smoggable?
Yeah, pretty much i'm looking at a Honda Civic 98 EX with a B18C-R Engine. Is this smoggable? Because the seller is leaving the smog check to the buyer.
And if someone can help me out with something, that'd be great.
