Swap won't rev past 1500 RPM + CEL...
Here is my info:
1992 Civic VX with a JDM d15b vtec swap. P08 ECU
new water pump, timing belt, plugs, oil and filter.
all wires were used except the EGR and a black sensor with a "cap" or breather??
the d15b O2 sensor has one wire and the VX has well more then one..more like 5
there were two vacuum hoses from the VX that went no where: 1 from the throttle body and the other to a round black sensor with a "cap" that you could take off...On the VX this was located on the left of the intake bun not connected to the vacuum of the intake, just bolted to the side.
The car will not rev past 1500+/- RPM's and vents white some from the intake and stalls if I try to rev it more than that.
It starts right up and idles at about 1000 RPM's but will not go lower then that.
There is no smoke from the exhaust
last...CEL light of death is on....
You guys have any ideas?

Update:
Car will rev till redline now but I'm still not sure how to handle the O2 sensor wire(s) problem....ideas? VX has 5 wires....d15b only has 1....
