Default Swap/Salvage JDM gauge face needles

I have a JDM SiR gauge that I bought off ebay and took waay to long to try it out. The speedometer works but the tach is off by about 4000 RPM and the gas gauge doesn't seem to move. Anyone have any tips for being able to salvage/swap the gauge face and even the needles from this JDM gauge to my current one?

Anyone else seen this on a JDM gauge and able to fix it??

the needles are definatly salvageable and so is the clear plastic cover and the actual gague cluster housing. but i dont think the gauge faces come off and fixing the gauges might not be worth the trouble
