Default swap questions need answers

gettn ready to do a swap, ive done d16z6 swap in my 93 sol si 3 times, wanting to do b16 b18 or possible heard u could do a b20 with b18 head which really interests me.....wanting to know which one would be best for my sol just wantin to gain some quick horsepower cuz d series isnt satisfyin me nemore. Im not goin turbo or nos or nothin like that just cold air and header.....does anyone have any suggestions that i could do to the block and head that isnt insanely expensive to create more power....Im just learnin how to do this but my dad knows what to do and is helpn me.And is the b20 with b18 gonna be fast enough or should i just try to get something else cuz ive never drove one with this kinda engine and the d series blows lol sorry for anyone with a d series if i offended ya

if ur to lazy to boost ur D, than b20/ls-vtec would be a nice upgrade... it's all possible, it's all semi-quick, and all can be done just about the same way...

D series wins when its built and boosted. Your just too lazy to do anything with the potential you have. Just put a B20 in there with a GSR tranny and you should be fine.

you take it out and rebuild it. Mine is built. Vitara Pistons/SCAT Forged H Beam Rods/Klevite Bearings Y8 Crank & Block Z6 head, Y8 IM/TB, Mild Cam. Its on a ebay turbo setup tuned on eCtune and im putting down about 270WHP which is a little over 300HP @ the crank.

I have ripped so many people with this setup. From B swapped civics to a G37S. I even was faster than a 90's Porsche Carerra. Ive beaten 3 and 5 series beamers on the highway (they arent even close to me). So I'd have to say I'm very satisfied with my setup. Not only is it fast but it sounds very mean (its pretty deep throughout the whole RPM range).
