You've got a lot of reading to do. Start here:

[FAQ] What swaps are available for my Civic?

Plenty of people have put any motor you can think of into a Civic. Even some ones you haven't thought of.

And no, it's not possible to run a SOHC tranny on a B-Series without an adapter plate, and at that point, you need to ask yourself "Why bother?"

then let me ask this, on tigerjap.com thier b18 motor only is about the same price as an h22a with an lsd transmission, so whats the deal with that because the b18 has 180hp and h22 has 200 so im a little confused about that to.

im still sort of new with my honda just tryin to do it right the first time with new mess ups.

A B18C has a tighter geared transmission than an H22, and is also a fair bit easier to swap into a car. It's more "plug and play" if you will. An H22 generally requires quite a bit of tampering with the wire harness, and sometimes notching the frame.

B18C's actually come in some Civic variants in other countries (usually in an automatic form) such as the Civic Aerodeck 1.8 VTi.

The B18C is basically the crowning glory of the B series swaps. Good compression, good transmission, good powerband, easy to swap, easy to maintain, very fair motor for the price.

The price difference is also due to the availability and popularity. With Popularity with a capital "P".

ok well its a lot of easy work really, um then when and if i do get an h22 would it really just be more of a hassel then the b18 because i thought the h22 would be a better buy for what i would get plus more hp, my friend had an h22 in his prelude and he told me i could put one in my civic i wasnt sure...Oh and is it possible to put a turbo in the motor compartment in my civic with an h22 do you think.?

sorry i have alot of questions im really new to this and when i search for what i need to know i usually cant find it.
