swap problems
I have a 97 hatch with a jdm b16, I used the harness & ecu p2t obd2 that came with it but it wont pass emissions so i bought an si ecu usdm & harness it doesnt have all of the plugs to go in the ecu i did this on my own and I need help!!!!

You cant use the '99-'00 si engine harness in your car '97.

Yeah, I think you want to find a obd2A usdm b16 ecu. Wich I think your best option is a del sol ecu. They are probably pretty hard to find, though.
Another option, might be to get a vafc and lean it out before you take it to get tested.
