Default swap into a 98 hatch

regarding price to preformance what would be the best swap for may 98 hatch

ive been looking at b16a2, b18c gsr, and h22a

some places say that the h22a has a redline of 8200 others say 7200, am i looking at two different engines or is it 7200 or 8200?

Default Re: swap into a 98 hatch (million)

if i was on a tight budget i would turbo a single cam. and h22 tranny's are trash so if you think about wanting to go h22 i suggest you put an h2b kit in like im doing but its pretty pricey. how much are you trying to spend?

Edit: and here,
*97+ H22a type s (JDM) peaks at 7200 RPM
*97-98 H22a1 & 99-01 H22a2 peak at 7000 RPM
*97+ H22a non type s (JDM), 94-96 H22a1, and 92-96 H22 (JDM) peak at 6800 RPM
