Swap Ek sedan b20b/gsr w/ls 5th

Okay so I have a 99 ek sedan, trying to do my homework on swapping to a b20b. I have most of it figured out, so I think.

PARTS
b20b
intake manifold (integra ls)
Motor mounts (online kit)
ecu (obd1 p75 w/jumper)
Gsr transmission
gsr clutch
ls 5th gear
shift linkage ?
shifter ?
axes ?
throttle body ?
throttle cable ?
harness ?
distributer ?
exhaust manifold ?

what am I missing? anything with a question mark I'm unsure about. oh and subframe......stock ek or do I need somthing else?

if you want to keep AC you'll need a CR-V ac compressor bracket.

You'll need a cat convertor or test pipe

Use a stock Integra clutch (oem exedy replacement or the like)

Thanks for the info. I plan on adding a/c later so I'll have to get that bracket. just need somthing running for now.

why not? I'm currently driving a b20 ek coupe and 80 on the highway at 3500-3700. I drive about 130 miles round trip a day. I have read that ls 5th will bring the rpm's down to about 3k which would save some gas, and not be so harsh on the motor

You really think a 500rpm change with the same throttle position is going to save gas? 3.5k on the highway isnt gonna kill the motor at the slightest bit. If anything it will assure It's properly warmed up before shut off.

Not to mention you are sacrificing your 4th-5th powerband.

I mean **** if you have the time and feel like ******* around in the tranny go for it but it isn't going to save you gas, I'd be much more concerned with adding a LSD, to really put ALL of the power to the ground.
