Swap d series from 98-2000 ?
I am putting a k swap in my 2000 civic that has a 98 d series....so I will no longer need the stock d series motor ... Will I be able to put it in my 93 civic ? If so what will I need to make it pass inspection

Since your 98 D series engine is OBDII, and the 93 D series is OBDI, there's probably some electronic mods that need to happen. You'll also have to make sure that all of the emissions equipment that's present on the newer motor make it over to the older car to pass smog.

Do you have an engine in your 93 already? If so just swap intake and exhaust manifolds (including injectors) off the old motor on the new one and it'll be plug and play. Aslo swap the alternator and distributor for plug and play.
