swap bogging now dead
hello ht i just did a b18b1 swap into my 94 hatch
the first time i drove it it worked great but after the first drive i turned the car off and then turned it back on while it was still warm then i would have MAJOR bogging under 3k rpm if i went Wide open throttle. but if i was above 3k rpm it would be totally fine
and when i got my swap the o2 sensor was depinned and at first i thought i may have just pinned the o2 sensor wrong.
and on my way home tonight all of a sudden my radio turned off, then all my instruments in my gauge cluster didn't work and the back light dimmed and my driving lights dimmed. when this happened my car started bogging down a lot and wouldn't let me travel faster than i would guess 25 mph. then after about a minute i couldn't give it gas at all and i coasted down a hill and got a tow home.
any ideas? thanks HT
