SWAP A 4 LUG HUB FOR A 5 LUG HUB
i like the 5 lug set up, but right now its kinda out of my financial reach, so cant i just swap out my 4 lug hub for a 5 lug hub, it would be cheaper, right? if it could be done and if not please share some info.

You really need to be more specific and try to make sense. Your second sentence seems to contradict the first! You can't afford the 5 lug set up, but you're talking about swapping the 4 lug hub for the 5 lug -- isn't this the same thing you just said you can't afford? And no its not that simple. You need new rims, probably knuckles ( you never indicated what car you have ), and likely a new braking set up. You can probably find a complete ITR 5 lug conversion with brakes on here somewhere... SEARCH!
