i have a 99 civic hatch and i wanted to know what swap would be best.
im a student so im on a budget.

Depends what you're planning on doing. I mean I have a 2000 ex with a d16y8 and I really think that the best way to get quick power is to just boost the single cam. Boosting the single without a build and a decent tune can get you a good 200hp. And also the singles can actually be built pretty easily too. Vitara piston setup and few other things and then you'd be running easily 15psi.
