suspension write up?
has anyone seen or done a write up on how to install an ASR rear Subframe brace and asr 24 mm sway bar also with that i need to know how to installl blox lca's and asr spherical end links all on a 94 del sol s

i can across this a couple of days ago because this is what i wanted to do also..so i went to passwordjdm and i was looking at the price for the asr subframe and sway bar...then they had instruction on how to install it...it looks pretty easy...well here is the link...hope this help you bro...

lol gotcha i looked that one over youd figure for being the company that makes it the instructions would be a little more detailed to help noobs thats confusing and i dont really get it

Well, noobs aren't technically supposed to be installing stuff. I'm sure the company would rather you have it professionally done than mess it all up. But that's not to say you can't learn! The best way is trial and error...I would suggest giving those instructions a shot and when you get to a part you can't understand, come here for help.

The del sol instructions should be about the same as the Ek instructions.
Make sure you clock the bushings on your Omni LCAs or they will wear out in 2 months or less.

You have to tighten down any non floating bushing (including OEM) at ride height.
So, for the RR LCA, for example, you'd have to jack up the car by just the RR LCA till the suspension stops compressing. Then tighten all the bolts. Repeat for all other corners.
I've done tons of write ups. Search "clocking bushings".
