3" drop on what kind of shocks? if you're thinking about dropping your car that low w/ stock shocks, then you're in for a bumpy *** ride. koni yellow shocks would go well w/ skunk2's and even better w/ ground controls.

Why did you go straight to Skunk2 and Spoon? Have ou researched any on suspension setups, coilovers, struts, etc...? Search for a bit more information before you choose brands out of the air.

why so you can waste it away??

koni yellows and ground controls will kick ANY of those setups up and down the street cause with the left over money you will be able to buy other things to improve your suspension.

id spend my money on koni yellows ground control coil overs with your choice of rate and then a nice rear sway bar. it will prove awsome if you know what your doing.

ooo ya skunk2 spirngs suck

If im not mistaken skunk 2 coilovers and ground control coilovers are very similar. My brother has some skunk 2 springs and havent failed him yet and has a great drop.

Skunk 2 have too high of spring rates for street and dont grip very well for bumps. Back in the day, Ground Control + Konis or Illuminas were the way to go, but now we have good and cheap matched coilover/strut sets. Nothing out there will let you drop 3 inches and have good handling and a good ride, but Omnipower and Hayame, along with a few other brands will give you excellent handling and ride for a street/track car at a reasonable drop. Anything over 2 inches is just stupid.

Don't even begin to talk about handling or ride quality at a 2 inch or more drop without saying the words "custom shortened strut bodies" and "short stroke inserts".

Bounce away on your bumpstops.

Why you gonna waste your money for the "spoon" brand name?
