Suspension repair and cost...

Suspension repair and cost...
I already STFA. I had a run in with a curb and need to replace some of the front drivers side suspension components. I already sourced most of the parts (LCA, UCA, steering knuckle, fender, etc.) but can't locate the price of a cross member from a junk yard.
Does anyone know how much a cross member from a junk yard goes for? Does it have another name?
Also, how long does swapping these parts including an alignment usually take? How much in labor $$$ can I expect from a body shop?
FYI, the frame seems to be undamaged. Sorry, no pics.

I have a steering rack if you need one... If I were you I'd just swap everything over yourself and then take it to a shop to get aligned. All the suspension parts are bolt on so it shouldnt be that difficult but It will definately take a good coupleof hours

i'm considering swapping the parts myself but don't know how much is involved with replacing the cross member none the less the cost of one from a junk yard. anyone?
more than likely i will have to take it to a shop for repairs b/c my apt. complex does not allow mechanical repairs in their lot.
