suspension question about sway bar install
rear sway bar
install while car is unloaded or loaded

i believe you install it loaded. I think I remember reading that somewhere.
What about the front, install it loaded or unloaded? I did my front unloaded, cant imagine doing it loaded, that would suck. Can someone give a quick explanation to why it has to be loaded or unloaded? always wondered...

As far as I know, it doesn't make too much of a difference. If anything, it would be better to do it loaded since this would reduce preload due to friction in the bushings/joints because you will tighten the fasteners while the car is at its normal ride height.
