suspension
as of right now i have Integra GSR front and rear suspension and
Tein S tech springs. i want to upgrade it a little more but i dont really know what to get next. any ideas?

well its already pretty low. i really dont know i just want it to be able to hang corners really well without the tires touching the wheel wells.

You still have some options. This is my 93 hatch setup, and it handles very well.
Fully polyurethane bushings
Eibach Pro-S coilovers
Ebach Sways front & rear
Adjustable upper controls and toe adjusters
Since you have the Tein springs you may just want some better shocks. I would recommend Koni's or Tokico's. Bigger sways made a huge difference. If you are running the GSR sways then they should be adequate. Poly bushings throughout also make a huge difference.

Polyurethane bushings are garbage. I had them on a couple of cars and I'd never have them again. Too much harshness, not enough benefit.
Honestly, if you were building a race car, you'd want just metal bushings. If you're building a street car...why would you want it to ride like a skateboard? As long as the factory rubber bushings are in good condition, I'd leave them alone.
88-00 civics and 94-01 integras have factory toe adjusters front and rear.
OP: Tein S tech springs are very conservative. This is not bad if you're just looking for a comfortable DD that is lowered.
If you actually want the car to handle, there are more agressive springs available...but you might be better off going with a coilover or sleeve over.
A good sleeve over is Ground Control. They come in in all sorts of rates and fit all kinds of shocks. Ground Control sleeves with Koni yellows has been a long time favorite. They ride very well and perform very well also.
My friend has Skunk2 ProCs on his car. He was building on a budget and they actually worked out to be really really really nice. The ride quality is great, but the body control is also very good.
I have KWs on my S2000. I spent a lot (even though I paid way under retail), but they're freaking awesome. I don't know how great their kits for the civics are as far as spring rates go. I track the car...not sure if you track your car.
Very simply put, the trick is to get a stiff enough spring to control body roll and a good enough damper to control the spring. That way, there's very littel body roll and a nice firm ride without any un needed discomfort or bouncing around. Just try to stay away from the sweatshop stuff. :cough:D2, OMNI, FF, Megan :cough:!!
Sway bars help.
You failed to mention what kind of car you have. So I can't really make swaybar recommendations.
GSR front sway bars are 24mm. This is the same diameter as a ITR front bar. GSR rear bars, however, could be mistaken for a brake line. They're only 13mm.
Either way, a 22mm or 23mm ITR/CTR rear bar does wonders for handling. You'll need a subframe brace like a ASR or beaks or whatever else is out there. I think blox makes a 21mm bar and brace combo for like $150, which doesn't seem bad at all.
Obviously...tires are the biggest factor. Not sure what type of car or what size you have...but there are plenty of really sticky tires to choose from.

I got Koni yellows and H&R Race springs, put my hatch right where I wanted it, no wheel gap and not tucking. I have the shocks set to 180 degrees, and it rides pretty good in my really bumpy hick college town that's more fit for confederate flag wearing chevy trucks . But when I come to Kansas City I can set them anywhere past 360 degrees, where it's pure business, and then tear up the streets like a scalpel. I found the shocks for $400, 1 month used, and the springs were 200 new. And they work great together.

Koni Yellows and Ground Controls, but full coilovers would have probably gave a better ride. I like 15 inch rims with this setup, my old 16s were too harsh, but tires themselves probably play a good role.
ITR rear sway bar and all that other stuff people have said.
Get a traction bar. I have a cheapo (eBay special) and even that helps with wheel hop under hard acceleration and somewhat helps with body roll without causing understeer like a front swaybar does.
