Surprise Bore Opportnity, maybe 2L need help

Surprise Bore Opportnity, maybe 2L need help
I took my car in to have the engine taken apart and looked at for an oil burn. I found out the cylinders are damaged and need bored/honed/polished. I also need new pistons.
People have been telling me I should take it to 2L. Here' my information:
Honda del Sol 94 with poor man' type-r
1995 B18C1 Block
1999 Civic B16 Head
The cyls were already bored to 81.5mm and I need to go to 84mm to acheive to 2L.
Questions are:
What rods and pistons will I need?
Can 84mm bore on a stock block handle 12:1 CR? If not, what can it handle?
Will I need an immediate tune? (running a P06 with Base map GSR Xenocron chip and stock injectors 240cc)
