Yes, they are the same size if that's what you're asking.

So, instead of the glass rising above your car, you want it to go back under the roof of the car?

Is your sunroof not already glass? I have a 94 ex and my sun roof is glass with a vinyl wrapped slider on the inside? I'm still not for sure what you are asking. Sorry.

The Civics are a moonroof (where the glass goes up and over the roof). While a sunroof just goes back into the car, between the interior of the car and the roof. I think that's what he's trying to do.

You would need a track from an Integra, that's all I can really tell you.

Actually Civics sunroofs are spoiler sunroofs. And really there is no sunroof, sunroof is the broad term for moonroofs, spoilers, pop-ups, manual, folding cloth, inbuilt, et cetera et cetera and blah blah blah. Inbuilts=moonroofs which generally slide under the roof and are off clear glass.
