Suggestions REV Limit control H22a
What aftermarket product would you reccomend for controlling the Rev Limit on my H22... Right now, their isn't one, and would like for that to change. I know of only one product. The MSD Soft Touch Rev Control... but I can't really find anything if anyone has one installed. Thanks.
I wouldn't like a 6AL box or anything, my ignition system is fine.
Thanks

I have a chip burner, some blank chips. But know nothing about using it. How do I remove the chip thats in it? I'll throw up some pics of what I have.

Re: (p00n)
This is what I have to work with. Also a chipped p28 ECU with a PYRm Chip in it. Apparently they are out of texas. What do I need to do to be able write a new chip... Download Crome? Thanks

Check out PGMFI and the Crome website for lots of info on chipping and burning. I believe you can upload the program from your current chip, modify it to include the proper rev limiter, then it to another chip. However, the fact that it has no rev limiter to begin with makes me a bit skeptical about the quality of the program to begin with, and most "chips" normally dump tons of fuel and are far from ideal. You would likely be better-off using an H22 base map for the new chip, and that shouldn't be difficult to find.

The car run's awesome. Not rich or lean or anything. Only this is their is no redline, and I don't to over rev it. That would be stupid way to ruin my motor. But now that I have the stuff to do it with, I will research more. And post back.
