suggestions for getting shift **** off...
thank you for clicking, heres the situation, last shift **** i put on didnt line up right when spun all the way on, like the shift pattern, so i used some lock tite and let it sit in the right place, now i cant spin it off, i know i know stupid move, just curious if anyone has any ideas

Haha damn...he's right. You may certainly end up breaking it before it twists off again...I remember one thread where the guys metal **** fused to the shifter. It ended breaking before he could twist it off...May be the same case for you...except locktite instead of metals fusing.

Try clamping a set of vice grips on it and see if you can bust it loose. If not I am gonna agree with the chainsaw idea
