ok car is a 95 integra gsr. I know its not the integra forum but hear me out.

motor is a fresh built b16a. pct pistons, flat faced balves and blox c cams. on s300 untuned

but when I put this moor into my integra vtec stoped working. it feels like im hitting 2 step while driving in gear. will not rev past my vtec point.

only 8k miles on motor, good oil pressure plenty of oil tried another known good ecu, ran a hot wire to the solonoid and it pops, replaced the gasket and screen and completely cleaned it.

I dont understand why my motor is doing this. does anyone have any suggestions?

no cels and vtec worked before I put the motor in the teggy

my exhaust is stock header, gutted cat. 2.5" piping all the way back to a stock ls axle back muffler. you think the exhaust is too restrictive?

I would guess the ecu if vtec didn't pop with your other ecu bro

my s300 works fine in other peoples cars, just not in mine.

im going to check continuity (sp) from the ecu to the motor maybe I have a broken wire somewhere
