my friends LS was making this weird movement today (or im juss going crazy and i juss relaized it today and never felt it before)

I was driving the car and when i shift from 1 to 2nd at low rpms like 2-3 i hear and feel a bump like someone hit the bottom of the car or my pedal. when i slow down and let go of the gas around 20-23 mph it does it agen.
BUT when i shift fast around 5-7 it would be normal the car shifts, reponds and goes into gears right.

What could this problem be ???

Is it even a PROBLEM???

THe Setup is

LSmotor
LS tranny
5 puck unsprung Clutch
Stock Pressure Plate
GSR flywheel

their Avid racing mounts i dont think thats the problem

Check to make sure the damn things are all bolted down tight. A common thunk noise is when a person is to stupid to remember to bolt the rear bracket down, all the way.

ok one I AINT STUPID and 2 its not the rear tranny one the bolt on the tranny side broke i juss found the problem thank you come agen

It's because of the unicorn poking holes in your exhaust and shitting in your filters.

yeah thats a real common problem in those LS's... save the SOHC "we dont have unicorns"
