Subtle duckbill wing?
from browsing the forums, I see a buncha different style wings. There's the duckbill wing which is a little too much for me but it seems theres a wing which is pretty similar its just a lot more subtle of an incline. It just points up a little bit. I'm kinda lost searching for this, can you guys point me in the right direction? thanks
by the way this is in reference to 92-95 hatchbacks

Re: Subtle duckbill wing?
That straight up one is a BYS wing, it looks like ****. It's kind of a rising trend in the appearance forums. I am familiar with the SiR wings, I actually ordered a JDM 2-piece SiR off eBay about a week ago and am still waiting for it in the mail. The wing I have in mind is more slanted than the SiR wing. Perfect example is the red hatch up there ^^^ pretty subtle incline. I've seen some pretty exaggerated duckbills which I'm not a fan of. That spoon one a few posts up is perfect though.

Oh. It's retractable? It looks fixed to me, which rather defeats the purpose of an airbrake. If, on the other hand, it is retractable, that's pretty cool. Otherwise it's only going to increase downforce on the rear end, and that's no good for a FWD car.
