subframe swap from 96 dx to 98 ex
Hey guys, quick question. long story short, my 96 civic (dx, no power steering) is a goner, the car is much too rusted everywhere. surprisingly, the crossmember is in great condition, only surface rust. however, I got a 98 ex with a blown motor to swap in my motor, im already dealing wit ha headache (auto to manual), now when Im working on the ex, I see the subframe is absolutely destroyed, im talking like the entire middle is almost completely gone due to rust.
Now, I want to know if I will run into any issues throwing my dx subframe into my ex due to the power steering...I searched, but the issues and solutions were not stated clearly. thanks for the help

you can go ahead and use it as they BOTH did come with factory power steering. just swap the racks or delete the ps on the one getting the new subframe.
