Re: a stupid question (02honda)
Man....go grab a flame suit there gonna burn you alive...You are saposto search about stuff in here before you post... but I think ill help u out.
Good springs(eibach) will give you a nice firm feel and they are as close to oem as ur gonna get.... But I recommend shocks as well(koni yellow or red)
Coilovers are a more agressive ride. I think they are better however because you can set them how you like them. Search and deside for yourself

If you want to get a good response, you MUST learn how to spell and speak corretly. I have NO IDEA what you just said.
To make things easier, here are the pros and cons:
Springs:
Pro:
Cheap
Easy to install
Con:
Are NOT adjustable
Will not have an EVEN drop (as in the front my be higher [from my experience])
Will sag over time
Coilovers:
Pro:
Adjustable
Custom spring rates for YOUR specific needs
Some are affordable WHILE having quality (such as sleeves from Ground Control or Omni Power [which I have])
Cons:
Full coilover setups start at $650 and range to $1,500+.
No, coilovers are NOT bouncy if you get a decently-built piece. If you are aiming towards sleeves, get either Ground Control or Omni Power. I got my Omnis for $177 shipped out of http://www.kteller.com I have a write-up on it if you Search.
