Default stumped on valve cover gasket leak.

i replaced the gasket and it leaked alot and then upon inspection i had a broke a mounting hole in half so i replaced rocker arm assembly and did everything to honda specs and the gasket still leaks but just when car is shut off or on a hill sideways does not leak as bad on level ground. the oil seeps out front pass side of valve cover. has new gaskets and the bolts are snug. what else could i do to stop this leak.?

According the service manual dab some in the corners, rtv should be fine. Don't go over board.

ok well i did a thin strip and then smoothed it out so and the the cam caps on the gasket cuz it was a tight fit so hopefully this will stop my leaking.

Corners of the U recess I mean. Obviously if you know where it is leaking you can add a little rtv there.

Don't go crazy torquing the cover down.
