Default Studdering/Hesitation getting worse. Help please!

Heres the deal:

My car started studdering/hessitating about a week ago, and it only did it at low RPMs at less than full throttle. Since then it has gotten progressively worse both in frequency and severity. It now does it all through the RPM and throttle range. It is even having trouble ideling sometimes.

I didnt add anything new to the car recently, and I have been driving it normally. Here is my setup:

94 civic Si.
JDM 2nd Gen B16
Greddy turbo kit
VAFC
FMU and missing link.

I have had a slight exhaust leak for weeks due to the turbo manifold. I replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter yesterday, and it didnt help. I think it might be:

distributor cap
plug wires
02 sensor

Can anyone confirm the above possibilities or add a possibility of their own?

Thanks.

I was thinking distributer / ignitor or fuel filter. It could also be the wires if they're cracked or grounding.
