Default Stuck on one freakin' bolt.
Some polish sucker took out my headlight unit, while backing up. So I need to take off the bumper now, But syea, the roads out here arent low car friendly!
Idk how to deal wit this?

Buy/use an extraction socket.

Or cut/grind a slot through the head (front-to-back so you get a good bite) and use a screwdriver. If it's stubborn, use a socket+bit and ratchet.

Vice grip might work but IWM's suggestion is a sure thing.
