which struts for groundcontrolls?

koni's are stiffer then the tokico but also cost a little more. But the extra money for the koni is well worth it. And if you are on a budget i would go with some agx's

go with koni yellows for sure. I have illuminas right now with my GCs and they are about shot. I'm saving up and getting yellows now.

i have GC's on agx, and the ride deteriorates with low drops. i have it at almost 2" and the ride is alright. if i lower it any more, it'll get pretty rough

I've been on GC's for about a year now on the same stock shocks that were on the car originally and on Sportlines for 2 years before the GC's. They have yet to blow and I'm lowered about how that hatch is. Flush in the front, a little higher in the rear. And despite what the idiot above said, my car handles just fine and my kidneys have no complaints......the only reason you would bounce around is if your shocks are blown or you're lowered so much that you're hitting the bumpstops.

I agree. My stock shocks don't bounce. cant tell the difference in ride quality from stock except the scraping when you take a driveway too quick. only reason for wanting to get illuminas is the fact that I want a stiffer ride and better cornering.
