Default STRUT AND SPRING 98 VS 00 CIVIC

OK, I got a good deal on a strut and coilover package from a crashed 99 Civic Si which i was planning on using on my 98 Civic EX. I see that the rear struts are the same using this interchange machine we have at work but it says for the front struts the Civic Si is different. Have any of you ran into a problem? I would hate to have to buy new struts when these arent worn at all... Any help would be great!

They'll work just fine. The Si has a bit higher spring rates I think, and I'm sure the struts are valved to work with them but all of the suspension parts are interchangeable.

As mentioned, they swap in np!

The 99-00 Si spring/strut is 25% stiffer than lower models
