structure of del sol ?

Hey guys.

is the wall behind the seats before the trunk structural ? could it be cut out>

i wanted to mount a sub in the wall but instead just made a box to sit behind the seats with a 12 between them...ill see if i can find pics

i would take it to a local shop and ask them. They'll know if the car will hold up or not.
