structure component - HELP

Does anyone know how to remove a crossmember from a del sol?

part numner 4 is tac welded in if i am not mistaken. You would have to grind the welds off and then weld the new on into place.

Anyone know how badly a bent crossmember affects the integrity of a car? As in is it safe for daily driving and whatever else.

it all depends on how bad and where it is bent. post up pics and you will get a faster response.
