Default stripped a valvecover stud what to do

I stripped the valvecover stud on my b16. When i tryed taking it off it just stays there doesnt tighten or losen. Has this happened to anyone else? any advice to take off??

is it the one that holds the cover in place?cuz if it is then idk. i broke one of mine so now i just have 3 lol.idk if there's a way to fix it but there's porbably some crafty dude out there who knows

what i would do is remove all bolts as if you where taking the valve cover off. stick a flat head screwdriver in between the valve cover and head and force the valve cover up against the stud while turning it as if you where taking it off. the cover will force the stud up onto some threads. well it worked for me before

It doesnt matter if you broke a stud on the valve cover, but if you care that much you can drill it out and retap it.

This happened to me, and i tried to force it... now there is only half of one side of the threads. just trying to be forewarning.
