Strange noise when accelerating
 

Hey guys, I have a question about a strange noise.

Recently I have noticed that when I start to accelerate, I hear like a faint squeaking noise. once I get up to 20km/h or so the noise disappears.
If I am turning you can't hear it and when I brake you can't hear it.

Does anybody know what it might be?

could be your calipers/brakes. have someone be outside and hear the sound to know where it's coming from.

Going to put some any-squeek product on my rims, I'll see if that fixes it

ok...new problem

a while back I purchased this Brake Quiet lube that you put on the outsides of the pads so that they don't squeak.

So I put on that lube as directed(and put it around the rubber and caliper piston), put on my caliper and take my car for a drive 30 min later. This stuff becomes sticky/rubbery so it needs to dry.
I start driving it and first thing I notice is my brakes are spongy but they still work. There seems to be like some kind of scraping noise on the right wheel.

Any ideas why my brakes are spongy??? I checked and there is no brake fluid leaking because I drove my car to work. If I pump the brakes they stay firm until I start driving and they become spongy again.

Any suggestions to fix this?

could be your master cylinder is bad check that out had the same problem when i would sit at a light my pedal would fade to the floor but if i pumped them they were fine. make sure you bleed yor brakes
