Default Strange coolant leak

I've got a 94 Civic Hatch with a B16A SiR II motor in it and I have the strangest coolant leak I've ever come across. The cooling system is making enough positive pressure that it blows coolant past the hose clamp and slowly trickles down the side of the block.

I've checked the thermostat housing and the gasket there is good, I've also made sure the clamp / hose are both still good and they don't have anything wrong with them. Compression / leakdown is good as well... Also replaced the radcap..

The strange part is if you let the car come up to temp there is immense pressure on botht he upper and lower rad hoses... I'm talking incredible pressure as in it bloats the hoses.

Ideas?

is it a factory hose or a aftermarket hose ? i see that problem all the time with non factory hoses even though it has a aftermarket clamp also.
