Strange...
Wierd, I just got my new 99' Civic Si, and it didn't have an inspection.. Sooo yesterday, I brought it into honda, and had them inspect it, then do an oil change(yes, i am lazy, so what?)...the wierd thing is, I have clear corners with clear bulbs. How does that pass inspection?
