Default Stolen vehicle no more

He guys I just purchased a GPS for my honda and knowing how fast there stolen and stripped its a must. My 1991 civic si was stolen in 1997 and taken to amarillo, texas and stripped. I've been a lawenforcement officer for about 2 years now and seeing how hot hondas and acura are it's a must. I put the GPS on my 1992 civic hatch H22a n/a and can sleep all night without no worries. I paid $599 for it and $14 dollars a month for monitoring http://www.satsecurity.com. It really works they let me see some of there vehicles with the system you can see what street there on and how fast there going. You can even pay more for them to disable your car if it is stolen. LOJACK Keep you

I don't think he would stick around long enough to trash a stolen car.

from the website i didnt get any info other then what they will offer after your car is gone, not to prevent it from being stolen(i've read the part about the ignition kill, basic alarm will take care of that and you can still kick start the car)

is this system just like LoJack?

i perfer my good old disabling system...

wow cool... but i'll wait a bit... i tend to be sketchy when some of their demo parts don't seem to work or throw an ASP error from their servers... get the bugs out and I'll be a customer.

that makes tons of sense?lol.more than likely,if a crrok steals your car and it becomes disabled they will know something is up and probably run,if not then they might be stupid enough to get cought red handed.

I have seen a GPS recovery system that doesn't charge you a fee every month. Only on how much you use their system to track your vehicle.

The creator of this topic seem to only write the same thing. Must be trying to push product. Seems fishy to me.

Good job on getting this....it really works.....Dont get the disable thing....Just make it seem like there nothing up with the car.....Here what I gots to say, Get a cheap *** pager alarm that works alright, so when someone breaks into your car it pages you even though they cut your battery cable, then at that time call the people at the monitoring center to track your vehicle and call the cops at the same time. Most likely the cops are going to wait until the suspects stop somewhere like a house or an alley or a business to strip the car. At that point they roll in and catch the people, while they are stripping and use that as evidence. If they are theft ring, they are really screwed and they just found like 10 other cars. So just chill and let the cops do the dirty work. The San Diego PD has been using dummy cars to catch stupid people that jack cars. They are using the same exact system that you purchased. So good job once again. Sorry for long post. Peace.
